This page is dedicated to the many animals that inhabit caves. Here are a few photographs of some of them.

Spider and BabiesClick on the picture for a 47Kb JPG photo of a Cave Spider and babies - Identified as Baiami teganaroides by WAM staff.

These specimens were collected in Moondyne Cave and are are being considered for display in the Cave Interpretive Centre (CaveWorks) currently being build by the Augusta Margaret River Tourist Bureau.
bone5.jpg bone6.jpg Click on either picture to the left for a JPG photo of the jaw bone of Macropus titan ? - Large Extinct Kangaroo. It should be noted that some uncertainty relates to the identification of these specimens and hence the ? after the name. These specimens were collected in Moondyne Cave and are are being considered for display in the Cave Interpretive Centre (CaveWorks) currently being build by the Augusta Margaret River Tourist Bureau.
